We gather at APAP|NYC for community, commerce, learning, and discovery, as well as the networks, inspiration and opportunities that fuel our work, our livelihoods, our industry, ourselves. APAP|NYC is essential to your success presenting, booking and touring the live performing arts.

APAP|NYC 2024 will be held in-person January 12-16, 2024 in New York City. The hub of conference activity is the New York Hilton Midtown, our official conference hotel.

Please note: APAP does not work with any third-party firms for hotel bookings. If you are contacted by one of these companies, please email us at apapnyc@apap365.org.

Registration Rates

How Much Does the Conference Cost?

The following are the registration rates and additional items for purchase for the APAP|NYC 2024 conference.*

You must be an APAP member to register. Not a current member? You can join or renew today. Have questions about membership? Contact us at info@apap365.org.
Registration Rates
Early Bird Registration Rate (Deadline Date Extended) - Available June 27 to September 29, 2023 at 5 p.m. (EDT): $695
Regular Registration Rate - Available September 16 through January 5, 2024: $795
On-site Registration Rate - Available January 6 through January 16, 2024: $895
On-site Day Pass Registration - Good for one day only/only available at on-site registration from January 11 through January 16, 2024: $495
First-Time Member Registration Rate (Deadline Extended) - See details here for eligibility, available through September 29, 2023: $595
Artist Registration Rate - Available to both represented and self-represented artists, not eligible to purchase an exhibit booth space, through January 16, 2024: $225
Student Registration Rate - Available to full-time college students, not eligible to purchase an exhibit booth space or showcase listings, through January 16, 2024: $205
Board Registration Rate - Available to board members of presenting organizations that are members of APAP, through January 16, 2024. Please email apapnyc@apap365.org to learn more: $595
Group Discount** - NEW! For groups of 4 or more, including international delegations. Groups of 4-6 receive 10% off, groups of 7-9 receive 15% off, and groups of 10 or more receive 20% off. Applicable only to early-bird, regular, and on-site rates and cannot be combined with other discounts. Please email apapnyc@apap365.org to learn more. 
Additional Items
Exhibit Space ("Booth")*** - $795 per space. Must purchase conference registration first. Note: Individual member types (student, iPAP, Artist Access) are not eligible to purchase exhibit space. 
Booth Badges**** - $295 per badge. Can be added after one full registration and exhibit space purchase.
Showcase Listing***** - $10 per listing. Only registered attendees can purchase a showcase listing.
*APAP|NYC 2024 is an in-person conference. While we will make recordings of sessions and some showcases available post-conference to APAP members, we will not be offering an online-only registration option in 2024.

**If you plan to exhibit, it is more cost effective to have one person register and then purchase Booth Badges ($295 each) for the rest of your team (up to either 3 or 7, depending on how many booths you buy). If you have artist(s) in your group, you can register them at the Artist Rate ($225).

****Once you have registered and purchased at least one Exhibit Space, you are eligible to purchase booth badges for your team. (Up to 3 if you purchased 1 space; up to 7 if you have purchased 2 booths.)
