Registration Deadlines

Early Bird Registration (Deadline Extended) - June 27 through September 29, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT)
Participation Assistance Fund application deadline (EXTENDED) - September 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT)
Regular Registration - September 16 - January 5, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (EST)
Cancelation or Substitution Deadline - January 5, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (EST)
Onsite Registration - January 6-16, 2024

Hotel Deadline

Deadline to reserve your room at the New York Hilton Midtown (official conference hotel) at special APAP rate of $229. - December 20, 2023. Reserve your room now.
Please note: The only way to get the APAP rate is through the APAP website. APAP does not work with third-parties.

EXPO Commons and Showcases

For APAP|NYC 2024, Swapcard remains your go-to information resource.

However, APAP will make available simple, printable PDF versions of the Showcase Listings and the Exhibitor List for those who prefer to download these resources.
